The Czech and Slovak Citizen Science Platform
Representatives of the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information, the Institute of Geonics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, and other stakeholders in the field of citizen science ceremonially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Arnoldova Villa in Brno, regarding cooperation and a shared interest in the development of citizen science in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. DARIAH-SK
It is a national consortium for digital research infrastructures in the humanities that operates as a distributed network of institutions collaborating to provide digital infrastructure services.
DARIAH-SK focuses on the digitization and processing of research collections, the creation of open digital repositories for cultural and historical heritage, as well as the creation and analysis of corpora and other language databases. An important component is the promotion of open science and the ethical analysis of the latest technologies.

Slovak Reproducibility Network (SRKN)
It is a group of researchers and experts working to promote transparency in research methods and current methodological and statistical practices. Since 2023, SKRN has operated as a civic association bringing together researchers, students, and supporters of open science and transparency in research. SKRN’s mission is to improve research integrity and connect individuals who share this interest.

National Library of Technology
The National Library of Technology is the largest and oldest library of scientific and technical literature in the Czech Republic and forms part of the Czech information infrastructure for research and innovation.
A memorandum of cooperation between the NTK and the CVTI SR was signed on June 1, 2023, at the NTK during the opening of the national tripartite EOSC event and the Czech Open Science Day. The main areas of cooperation include the exchange of long-standing experience, exploring opportunities to develop their own services by leveraging the other party’s know-how, and sharing information on research and educational projects and activities.
